Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,460 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BLMH, CMTM3, and ITGB1. Each is linked with AK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK2-to-partner and partner-to-AK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AK2 versus BLMH in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
