Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,139 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGGF1P7, SNHG30, and PRDX3. Each is linked with AK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK2-to-partner and partner-to-AK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AGGF1P7 grouped by AK2-low versus AK2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
