AK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Erythrocytes, mv Endothelial cells, and Th2 cells. Each is linked with AK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK2-to-partner and partner-to-AK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Erythrocytes grouped by AK2-low versus AK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
