Across TCGA cell cohorts, AK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,764 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic DNA replication checkpoint signaling, DNA replication initiation, and DNA replication checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with AK2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK2-to-partner and partner-to-AK2 results are reported.
