AK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,326 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AK1_S38, TPPP3, and SNX4. Each is linked with AK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK1-to-partner and partner-to-AK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AK1 versus AK1_S38 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
