Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,289 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, MYOM1, and ASPA. Each is linked with AK1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK1-to-partner and partner-to-AK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AK1 versus LMOD1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
