Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AJUBA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AJUBA data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher AJUBA Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AJUBA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
CESC, ESCA, and COAD are the cancer types where AJUBA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
