Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AJUBA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,027 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AJUBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF126, CASKP1, and CFI. Each is linked with AJUBA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AJUBA-to-partner and partner-to-AJUBA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF126 grouped by AJUBA-low versus AJUBA-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AJUBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→AJUBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
