AJM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AJM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,206 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AJM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELP1, TRAF2, and CRAT. Each is linked with AJM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AJM1-to-partner and partner-to-AJM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AJM1 versus ELP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AJM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AJM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
