AJM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AJM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,503 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AJM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGCC, NRAP, and TMEM59L. Each is linked with AJM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AJM1-to-partner and partner-to-AJM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AJM1 versus RGCC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AJM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AJM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
