AJAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AJAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,283 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AJAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATRNL1, PPP3CB, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with AJAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AJAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AJAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AJAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AJAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
