AJAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AJAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AJAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, FASN, and ACC1. Each is linked with AJAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AJAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AJAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AJAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AJAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
