AIPL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,267 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AK8, TSNAXIP1, and PACRG. Each is linked with AIPL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIPL1-to-partner and partner-to-AIPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AIPL1 versus AK8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
