AIPL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BOLA3P3, YTHDF3-AS1, and LINC01480. Each is linked with AIPL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIPL1-to-partner and partner-to-AIPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BOLA3P3 grouped by AIPL1-low versus AIPL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
