Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, AIPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AIPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf92, PRR30, and CSN2. Each is linked with AIPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIPL1-to-partner and partner-to-AIPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf92 grouped by AIPL1-low versus AIPL1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
