AIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,416 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB34, SEC16A, and TXNDC11. Each is linked with AIP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIP-to-partner and partner-to-AIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AIP versus RAB34 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
