AIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,987 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD13D, KDM2A, and SEPTIN1. Each is linked with AIP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIP-to-partner and partner-to-AIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AIP versus ANKRD13D in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
