Across TCGA cell cohorts, AIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,260 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, and Regulation of stem cell population maintenance. Each is linked with AIP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIP-to-partner and partner-to-AIP results are reported.
