Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, AIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAD, SLC15A5, and TACR3. Each is linked with AIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIP-to-partner and partner-to-AIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITGAD grouped by AIP-low versus AIP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
