Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AIMP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AIMP2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher AIMP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AIMP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, CESC, and LIHC are the cancer types where AIMP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
