AIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,233 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAP2, ADAM33, and CCDC3. Each is linked with AIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIM2-to-partner and partner-to-AIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAP2 grouped by AIM2-low versus AIM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
