AIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,166 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFAT, DENND5B, and ABCC2. Each is linked with AIM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIM2-to-partner and partner-to-AIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZFAT grouped by AIM2-low versus AIM2-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
