Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIG1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,271 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIG1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cytoskeleton, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with AIG1P1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIG1P1-to-partner and partner-to-AIG1P1 results are reported.
