AIFM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIFM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,305 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIFM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NNMT, CD300A, and AOC3. Each is linked with AIFM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIFM2-to-partner and partner-to-AIFM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AIFM2 versus NNMT in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIFM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIFM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
