AIFM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIFM2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIFM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th2 cells. Each is linked with AIFM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIFM2-to-partner and partner-to-AIFM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Th2 cells grouped by AIFM2-low versus AIFM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIFM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIFM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
