Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIFM1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,542 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIFM1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polymerization, Regulation of pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and Cellular senescence. Each is linked with AIFM1P1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIFM1P1-to-partner and partner-to-AIFM1P1 results are reported.
