AIFM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIFM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,972 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIFM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOXL2, CYTOR, and LOXL3. Each is linked with AIFM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIFM1-to-partner and partner-to-AIFM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AIFM1 versus LOXL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIFM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIFM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
