Across TCGA cell cohorts, AIFM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,671 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIFM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Quinone metabolic process, Quinone biosynthetic process, and Ubiquinone biosynthetic process. Each is linked with AIFM1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIFM1-to-partner and partner-to-AIFM1 results are reported.
