AIF1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIF1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,940 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIF1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL1, GMPPB, and STMN1_S63. Each is linked with AIF1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIF1L-to-partner and partner-to-AIF1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AIF1L versus RASAL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIF1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIF1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
