AIF1L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIF1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,636 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIF1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNC2I2, SH3GLB2, and FXYD4. Each is linked with AIF1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIF1L-to-partner and partner-to-AIF1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AIF1L versus DYNC2I2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIF1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIF1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
