AIF1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AIF1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,534 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIF1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly, Negative regulation of ATP biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of collagen biosynthetic process. Each is linked with AIF1L in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIF1L-to-partner and partner-to-AIF1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly grouped by AIF1L-low versus AIF1L-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIF1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIF1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
