AIDA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIDA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,567 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB6, KPNA4, and RSBN1L. Each is linked with AIDA in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIDA-to-partner and partner-to-AIDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
