Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIDA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 538 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP60, RN7SL598P, and SNRPGP8. Each is linked with AIDA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIDA-to-partner and partner-to-AIDA results are reported.
