AIDA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AIDA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,643 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIFBP, CEP170, and KATNAL1. Each is linked with AIDA in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIDA-to-partner and partner-to-AIDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
