Across TCGA cell cohorts, AIDA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,749 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIDA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid segregation, Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, and Mitotic spindle organization. Each is linked with AIDA in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIDA-to-partner and partner-to-AIDA results are reported.
