AICDA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AICDA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,453 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AICDA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, FNBP1, and GIMAP4. Each is linked with AICDA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AICDA-to-partner and partner-to-AICDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AICDA versus WIPF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AICDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→AICDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
