AICDA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AICDA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AICDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, A-Raf_pS299, and Notch1. Each is linked with AICDA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AICDA-to-partner and partner-to-AICDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by AICDA-low versus AICDA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AICDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→AICDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
