Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AHSP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AHSP data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher AHSP Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AHSP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where AHSP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
