AHSA2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHSA2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,563 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHSA2P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, FAM98B, and ZKSCAN1. Each is linked with AHSA2P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHSA2P-to-partner and partner-to-AHSA2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AHSA2P versus VEZF1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHSA2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHSA2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
