AHSA2P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHSA2P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 768 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHSA2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-709P, TIRAP, and PELO. Each is linked with AHSA2P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHSA2P-to-partner and partner-to-AHSA2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-709P grouped by AHSA2P-low versus AHSA2P-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHSA2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHSA2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
