AHSA2P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHSA2P mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHSA2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, A-Raf_pS299, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with AHSA2P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHSA2P-to-partner and partner-to-AHSA2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by AHSA2P-low versus AHSA2P-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHSA2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHSA2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
