AHI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,267 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO5BP1, DUX4L16, and RNU1-15P. Each is linked with AHI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHI1-to-partner and partner-to-AHI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO5BP1 grouped by AHI1-low versus AHI1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
