AHI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AHI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMA1, PHOX2B, and CCKBR. Each is linked with AHI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHI1-to-partner and partner-to-AHI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CMA1 grouped by AHI1-low versus AHI1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
