Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,389 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AHDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCED1B, PPP1R8, and CAMTA1. Each is linked with AHDC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHDC1-to-partner and partner-to-AHDC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AHDC1 versus PCED1B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
