AHDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, ASNS, and eEF2. Each is linked with AHDC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHDC1-to-partner and partner-to-AHDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF2 grouped by AHDC1-low versus AHDC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
