AHDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AHDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,533 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBOV1, UQCRFS1, and SLC25A51. Each is linked with AHDC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHDC1-to-partner and partner-to-AHDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBOV1 grouped by AHDC1-low versus AHDC1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
