Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AHCYP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AHCYP2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher AHCYP2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AHCYP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and COAD show a favorable association.

BLCA, OV, and ACC are the cancer types where AHCYP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
