Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AHCYL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AHCYL2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher AHCYL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AHCYL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, ACC, and ESCA are the cancer types where AHCYL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
