AHCYL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHCYL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,813 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHCYL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP4, MRTO4, and UBE2T. Each is linked with AHCYL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHCYL2-to-partner and partner-to-AHCYL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP4 grouped by AHCYL2-low versus AHCYL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHCYL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHCYL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
