Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AHCY Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AHCY data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher AHCY Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AHCY expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where AHCY Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
